When selecting the FedEx shipping method, an error message is displayed on the page: "Could not arrange shipment due to internal server problem." When electing the UPS shipping method, the page does not respond.

First I call get rate API and get rate id, then call POST https://sandbox.deftship.com/api/parcel-orders/ship Request Body: {"rate_id":"1936665859"} Response Body: {"success":false,"message":"It is required to have a saved credit card to be able to send shipments"} Please advise.
