When selecting the FedEx shipping method, an error message is displayed on the page: "Could not arrange shipment due to internal server problem." When electing the UPS shipping method, the page does not respond.

The integration between TikTok Shop and Deftship is not working properly. Orders placed on TikTok Shop are not being synchronized to the Deftship platform. This prevents automatic order processing and label generation through Deftship.

Hi, we are now using Shippy Pro shipping manager, and we want to change. We work with this courier too: https://www.spring-gds.com/it/ that is basically a PostNL broker (post NL does not offer services in Italy), so we must go thru them. We don't see "Spring" in your courier integrations, any chance to create the integration with the API somehow? Best Regards
