TikTok Shop Orders Not Syncing with Deftship Integration

The integration between TikTok Shop and Deftship is not working properly. Orders placed on TikTok Shop are not being synchronized to the Deftship platform. This prevents automatic order processing and label generation through Deftship.

Song Andi Hello, can you please provide the order number that hasn't successfully synced to Deftship?

Also, upon checking your account, I noticed that there is no TikTok Shop integrated, can you confirm that?
